The planning application process can on occasion be complex. We manage this process for our clients from start to finish, advising on the most suitable solution in acquiring planning permission. We arrange the preparation of all the necessary documentation which includes site appraisals, architectural drawings, planning statements, design and access statements and specialist reports. We also undertake CIL/section 106 negotiation with the local planning authority.
In addition we provide advice and represent clients who may wish to support or object to a specific planning application as a third party.
